Excellent quality of seafood, all the items are fresh. Especially the oysters which are super big and juicy. Easily beaten other hotel's buffet.
Would willingly pay more than $100 for such a quality buffet and this is only for $70+ (Tan TJ)
The quality of the seafood was amazing, by far the best I’ve had at any buffet! The owner also took time to explain the source of the seafood, and also the sauces pairing that he recommends.

The value for the food is slightly insane.
Seafood includes Alaskan king crab legs, Hoyogo oysters, Hokkaido Gyoren scallops.
Cooked food was excellent - high quality, creative and inspired… if your aim is just to load up lots of food at a buffet, then your expectations may not be met because it is not like your usual buffet at Hilton hotel or something.
For best experience, probably should approach it more like a 90 minutes house party with free-flow high quality food and chill vibes (Benjamin Tay)
